About Me

My name is Kelly. I’m a registered dietitian and certified Whole30 coach currently living in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. My goal is to help others near and far live their best lives with the power of nutrition.

I earned my undergraduate degree in dietetics from the University of Wisconsin – Go Badgers! I then completed my dietetic internship and Master’s degree from the University of Central Oklahoma. After graduation I moved back to Wisconsin and started working as a clinical dietitian at a nearby hospital. Heart disease, diabetes, weight loss, wound healing, post-operative surgery….I work with it all! I started getting more into cooking and following other food bloggers in my spare time. It was then that I discovered the Whole30 program.  Eating real, whole foods and seeing amazing results (both physically and mentally) is something I definitely stand behind! When I heard there was an option to be a certified Whole30 coach, I jumped on the opportunity and haven’t looked back.

I enjoy running, shopping, listening to podcasts, sand volleyball, and trivia nights with my friends. But most of all, I love talking with others about nutrition and the Whole30 program!
